How early can we come in to set up for a party?
You can call us one week in advance to check if there is a party scheduled before yours. If there is, please arrive 20 minutes before your scheduled time slot to set up. If there isn't, you are welcome to arrive one hour early.
Can we bring in our own food?
It's perfectly fine to bring your own food, as long as it's not on our party food menu (which can be found under pricing), and no nuts please. Please be aware that we charge cleaning fees based on conditions, so if you're bringing a significant amount of food, please remember to bring garbage bags with you.
Can we have any discount on our party?
We offer 20% discount on Weekday parties (PA day and holidays excluded). We also offer 10% discount for morning parties from 9-11:30
Can we customize our party time/stay longer after the Party?
Unfortunately we can't customize party times. We require thorough cleaning of the entire facility and preparation for the next group of guests during the transition period. Therefore, we kindly ask all our customers to depart promptly at the end of their scheduled party time. The evening party can be extended to 9pm at 100$ extra charge.
Do we have to book tickets online before visiting?
We recommend that customers book their play spots in advance. While we accept walk-ins when space is available, we cannot guarantee availability, particularly on Fridays, holidays, PA days, and weekends.
